First things first, cheers to your engagement! Now, let’s help you create your one-of-a-kind custom stationery suite.

LET’S TALK

We’d love to hear about your love story, your vision for your special day, and review any inspiration images you have collected along the way (if you haven’t, that’s okay too!). We can talk on the phone, through a video conference call, or have an in-person meeting at our studio in Denver, Colorado.

After we discuss your vision in more detail — we will send a custom quote outlining the production costs, a proposed timeline, and our contract.

Please note, before any design work begins a 50% deposit will be due.

IDEATION

We begin the process by showing a mood board and 2 to 3 options for your main invitation card. These options will show variations in color, layout, and typography. We want the design process to be collaborative and want to make sure we hit all your touch points! We will revise the design up to two rounds of revisions, if needed.

REFINEMENTS

This is when we flush out the entire suite from the reply card to the map card to the envelope liners. We want to make sure that your vision becomes reality, so we work to make sure each suite is perfect with up to three rounds of revisions.

If you’re local, we can always meet in our studio to finalize the suite in person.

STAMP OF APPROVAL

After the design is refined, a PDF proof of each component is sent to you for final approval. This is when you double-triple-check that everything looks perfect (and is spelled correctly)!

Once the suite is approved, we’ll get started on printing and assembling your dream invitation suite. If you’ve always wanted to print your own invitations, let us know — we’d be happy to have you!
